Job summary

Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health network, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead care planning and direct resident care in Corvallis, OR.

This role offers on-call PRN scheduling, leadership responsibilities, and a starting pay range of $48.00–$49.25 per hour based on licensed experience. New nurses may participate in a long-term care residency program with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN License: must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon.
• Availability to work 1-2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care.

New nurses can participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency, involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.

Additional program benefits include:

• Professional development opportunities through OHCA, available at no cost to Nurse Residents.
• For a limited time, Nurse Residents are eligible to apply for a Long-Term Care New Nurse Incentive payment following completion of the residency and three additional months of employment. Position Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.
