Job summary

Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health network, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead care planning and direct resident care in Corvallis, OR.

This role offers on-call PRN scheduling, leadership responsibilities, and a starting pay range of $48.00–$49.25 per hour based on licensed experience. New nurses may participate in a long-term care residency program with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN License: must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon.
• Availability to work 1-2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care.
• Leadership and supervision of nursing staff with a commitment to high-quality care.
• Passion for helping others and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents.
