Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (LPN) for Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Corvallis, OR. The shift is Sat-Sun, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with starting pay ranging from $37.97 to $53.58 per hour, based on licensed experience.

You will develop and update resident care plans, supervise floor staff, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care. Oregon LPN license required; residency and nursing incentives are available through the program.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon LPN license required.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement resident care.
• Experience in supervising nursing staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.

Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents and supporting the floor staff as needed. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.
