Job summary

The Carpenter Health Network in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Full-Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. You will perform patient visits at residences and participate in a 7 days on, 7 days off call rotation from 4:30 pm to 8 am.

Qualified candidates hold an active Louisiana RN license, CPR certification, and have experience in home health or hospice. Proficiency with EMR and strong time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in home health or hospice.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.
• Willingness to work a 7 days on / 7 days off on-call rotation (4:30 pm–8 am).
• Strong time-management and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients at their residences.
• Participate in the 7 on/7 off on-call schedule (4:30 pm–8 am).
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR.

Qualifications:
