Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will visit patients in their homes, manage care plans, and document in an EMR system. The role includes a 7-on/7-off call rotation from 4:30 pm to 8 am and weekend availability.

Active Mississippi RN license and CPR certification are required, with prior home health or hospice experience preferred. Mileage reimbursement and disability coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Mississippi.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Make patient visits at patients' residences.
• EMR knowledge is required.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in Gulfport/Biloxi, MS.
• Perform patient visits at residences and coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and charting.
• Participate in a 7-on/7-off on-call rotation (4:30 pm–8:00 am).
