TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join an OPWDD-certified residential program in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on comprehensive nursing care, coordinating medical services, and supporting individuals to achieve the highest possible quality of life.

Responsibilities include assessments, care plans, clinical documentation, liaison with medical providers, and on-site guidance to staff.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license is required.
• OPWDD or similar setting experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and attend treatment meetings
• Monitor medical needs, appointments, and follow-ups
• Supervise AMAP staff and ensure medication protocols
• Maintain compliance with OPWDD regulations and standards
• Provide on-site clinical support and guidance to staff
• Participate in case conferences, trainings, and committee meetings
