Job summary

RCM Health Care Services seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents and day habilitation clients in Bronx, Westchester, and Rockland counties. You will coordinate health care, administer medications, train staff, and ensure proper documentation while maintaining confidentiality.

The role involves teamwork across program sites, on-site shifts Monday through Friday with on-call evenings or weekends as needed. NYS RN license and CPR/BLS are required; drivers license preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
• Active NY RN license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health care services for residents and day programs.
• Issue medical referrals and follow up on health concerns.
• Conduct staff training in medication administration, hygiene, infection control, and other health topics.
• Administer medications and supervise AMAP-certified staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and MARs.
• Provide emergency care and first aid.
• Supervise LPNs and support less experienced RNs.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments as needed.
• Conduct assessments and provide in-services.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings.

Salary Range: $48–$50 per hour (based on experience)

Education Requirements

Schedule Information

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
