Responsibilities

• Monitor and repair refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend actions for improvements.
• Operate EMS/BMS controls and maintain building systems.
• Maintain safety, codes, permits, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with area Refrigeration Manager and contractors.
• Read and interpret manuals, prints, and work orders.
• Ensure neat, safe work area and proper PPE usage.
• Keep records and purchase orders for materials and services.
