• 6-month gap between any treatment services and employment.

Responsibilities

• Manages administrative tasks for daily operations in a fast-paced health services environment.
• Acts as first point of contact for the program and partners.
• Coordinates patient care: scheduling, pharmacy orders, transcription, EMR documentation.
• Assists with paperwork, communication with nursing staff, and inventory/records maintenance.
• Promotes exceptional consumer experience and mission-driven customer service.
• Ensures safety and program rule compliance across sites and staff.
• Monitors site activities and adherence to safety regulations.
