Job summary

CODA is seeking an On-Call Recovery Mentor to provide and coordinate recovery support services in the community for participants. This role works directly with participants to reinforce treatment goals, access resources, and promote a recovery-oriented lifestyle.

It is an on-call position covering call-outs and vacation time in sobering settings. Responsibilities include assisting with housing, employment, education, and social supports; documenting interactions in EMR; and building

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• CRM certification and/or crisis prevention training may be required within specified timeline.
• Ability to operate a computer and navigate EMR systems.
• Ability to source community resources and document contacts accurately.
• Strong communication, boundary setting, and non-judgmental attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate recovery support services in the community.
• Assist participants in accessing shelters, medical and other services.
• Document contacts and outcomes in EMR; track data for program reporting.
• Drive to recovery-related appointments as needed.
• Facilitate connections to recovery communities and life skills supports.
• Support team meetings, case conferences, and trainings.
