Presbyterian Homes & Services Croixdale in Bayport, MN is seeking an On Call Receptionist to join our warm team. You will provide excellent customer service, answer and transfer calls, and support a range of administrative tasks to help keep our community running smoothly.

We ask for a high school diploma, 3–12 months of receptionist experience, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This on-call role pays $19.09–$20.59 per hour with comprehensive benefits and employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school graduate preferred.
• 3–12 months work as a receptionist desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line phones, postage meter, fax machines, etc.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Word.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and public relations needed for quality care and services to all customers.
• Answering and transferring all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Serving as an information resource and performing a variety of administrative duties as assigned.
