Job summary

Success On The Spectrum Sanford is seeking energetic On-Call Behavior Technicians / RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for pediatric clients. You will standby during designated hours and report to the clinic to deliver play-based interventions under BCBAs’ plans.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associated degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to on-call schedules and maintain energy with children.

Responsibilities

• Remain available by phone/text during on-call hours and report to the clinic promptly when called.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBAs using play-based activities.
• Design engaging activities using sensory play, arts and crafts, games, and interactive exercises.
• Log client progress in real time and complete daily SOAP notes after each session.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized learning environment for all clients and staff.
