Job summary

Success On The Spectrum Sanford is seeking high-energy, flexible individuals for an on-call Behavior Technician / RBT role. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, working with pediatric clients and supporting coverage for staff absences.

On-call standby pays $2.00/hr, with an in-clinic rate of $18.00–$19.00/hr plus $2.00/hr on-call premium, totaling $20.00–$21.00/hr during clinic coverage. Training and growth paths are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to report to the clinic on short notice for on-call shifts.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must pass a background check and have a reliable vehicle with a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Remain available by phone/text during on-call hours and report to the clinic when needed.
• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy following plans designed by BCBAs.
• Design engaging activities including sensory play, crafts, games, and interactive tasks.
• Log client progress in real time and complete daily SOAP notes after sessions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized clinic environment.
