Job summary

Success On The Spectrum Sanford seeks an On-Call Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role provides backup coverage for pediatric clients, delivering one-on-one interventions through play-based ABA therapy.

Compensation includes $2.00/hr standby, $18.00–$19.00/hr base when in clinic, plus $2.00 on-call premium ($20.00–$21.00/hr). Fully funded onboarding and pathway to full-time roles are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Must pass a background check and have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Remain on-call and reachable during scheduled on-call hours and report to the clinic when called.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBAs in play-based sessions.
• Design engaging activities to support learning and interaction.
• Log client progress in real time using clinical software and complete daily SOAP notes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized clinic environment.
