Job summary

Success on the Spectrum in Sanford, FL is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will implement plans designed by BCBAs and help clients build social, language, and life skills in a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include executing tailored activities, recording progress, maintaining a clean learning space, and collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Must pass background check and Florida screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Run customized treatment plans designed by BCBAs to help children build social, language, and life skills.
• Design and incorporate engaging sensory activities, arts and crafts, games, and interactive play.
• Log client progress in real-time and complete daily SOAP notes after sessions.
