Job summary

Gorman & Company, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support two affordable housing communities—Printery Row in Pulaski and Bay City Lofts in Green Bay. You’ll perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, prep vacants, and maintain common areas while ensuring safety and curb appeal.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and on-call availability. Compensation includes benefits and room for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas along with seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.
• Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors.
