Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional service to our residents at our Sandy Springs property. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.

Responsibilities include completing turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days, maintaining common areas, monitoring exterior, and supporting preventive maintenance while adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, appliances and other areas as needed.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, pressure washing, windows).
• Monitor exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Support preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safety of all equipment and structures in area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; observe safety rules.
