Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional service to residents, working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and reporting to the Property Manager. You will perform independent repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, complete apartment turnover within 3–5 business days, maintain common areas, monitor exterior conditions, support preventive maintenance, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, appliances, and related areas.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days per turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas including cleaning, trash removal, and window washing.
• Inspect exterior for roof, siding, and shutter issues.
• Support a preventive maintenance program for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment and structures within scope.
• Record new tools in inventory and keep work area clean and organized.
• Observe all safety rules.
