Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred which must be obtained within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days.
• Conduct common area maintenance including cleaning and repairs.
