Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Milwaukee is seeking a Property Maintenance/Handyman Technician to support field operations on site in Milwaukee. You will perform flooring installation, drywall finishing, painting, carpentry, and related tasks while coordinating with clients and the team to ensure timely project completion.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles with or without trailers
• Property maintenance and installations (flooring, drywall, painting)
• Wood framing and cabinet installation
• Finish carpentry and caulking; door hardware installation
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review paperwork; meet deadlines; maintain schedule
