Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced property maintenance technician for maintenance of single-family homes and commercial properties in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and a strong team player who owns basic tools and a truck.

The role includes routine repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, and exterior maintenance, with responsibilities to work independently or with staff and to handle emergency service calls when needed.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be mechanically inclined and able to diagnose and repair basic issues.
• Ability to adapt to multiple personalities and stay calm under pressure.
• Must be a positive, energetic person who takes pride in their work.
• Own a truck and basic tools to perform maintenance tasks.
• Must be drug free and able to handle emergency service calls.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Understanding of housing, inside and out, is helpful.
• Capable of working independently or with other staff.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance and repairs for single-family homes and commercial buildings.
• Minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
• Drywall repair, patching, painting, and woodwork refinishing.
• Window, roof, siding, door repairs, and tile work.
• Changing locks and deadbolts; carpentry tasks.
• General handyman duties; grass cutting, snow removal and salting.
• Window and door installations.
• Be capable of taking direction and working with a team.
