Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Milwaukee is hiring Service Technicians to support field operations in a 24-hour emergency restoration environment. You will interact with customers in person and by phone, drive company vehicles with trailers, and help coordinate a scope of work to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• On-call 24-hour emergency service availability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player who can work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles with trailers.
• Read and understand maps and directions.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and required paperwork.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to deliver services on time.
• Assist with restoration tasks including water, mold, smoke/fire damage and carpet cleaning.
• Support field operations and upkeep of equipment and vehicles.
