MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Property Prep LLC | Downtown Milwaukee | Full-Time, On-Site
Property Prep LLC is an established maintenance provider serving the residential and commercial sectors across the Milwaukee metro area. We handle everything from single-family homes to commercial properties up to 250,000 square feet. We have two immediate openings for skilled maintenance technicians. These are hands-on roles for capable tradespeople who can walk into a property, diagnose what's wrong, and fix it right the first time. We hire across multiple skill tiers, so whether you're a strong generalist or a seasoned senior tech, there's a place for you and pay to match.
The list below covers the range of tasks you'll encounter on the job. You don't need to be an expert in every single item, but you should be strong across most of these and confident learning the rest.
Above all, we're in the customer service business. Every technician represents Property Prep, and we expect that to show. You should carry yourself in a client's home or building the same way you'd want a tradesperson to behave in your own.
This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Downtown Milwaukee office. A typical schedule is roughly 8 to 5, Monday through Friday. Nights and weekends are not a regular expectation. The summer apartment-turnover push requires six dates each year: May 31, June 1, June 30, July 1, July 31, and August 1. If one of those falls on a weekend and you work it, you take a comp day during the week.
