Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Able to perform duties with safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
• Manage tools, supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Operate within OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Maintain a site maintenance log.
• Assist during turnover periods to ensure quality work by vendors.
• Monitor sidewalks during snow season to prevent ice buildup.
• Perform basic repairs: painting, plumbing, appliance repair, and minor electrical work.
