Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; apartment maintenance experience preferred; HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to perform duties with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain logs, inventory and report unusual conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all resident maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of tools, supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain property uniform and professional appearance at all times.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Maintain a project log of site maintenance.
• Assist with turnovers to ensure high-quality work by vendors.
• Monitor sidewalks during snow season to prevent ice build-up.
• Perform general repairs including painting, plumbing, some electrical work.
