Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include daily repair, vacant unit prep, inventory management, and on-call responsiveness. Maintain tools, report unusual conditions, and adhere to OSHA safety policies.

Required knowledge includes HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, with strong communication and handyman experience. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities at AMC.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge is required.
• Hands-on property maintenance experience preferred.
• Good communication and ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure tools are on hand.
• Be on-call; respond to service requests and secure maintenance areas.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Lock-out handling due to evictions and 24-hour response duties.
• Perform snow/ice removal as necessary and ensure professional appearance.
