Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA guidelines are followed and regulations complied with.
• Inspect the property regularly and report hazards, damage, and repairs.
• Complete maintenance requests from residents and coordinate with supervisor.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and resident service requests with supervisor.
• Follow the community's preventive maintenance program regularly.
• Communicate needs for supplies to the supervisor.
• Report issues and liabilities with recommendations to management.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and follow Steadfast policies.
