Job summary

The Heights of Knoxville is seeking a Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain, and enhance the community value while ensuring an excellent living experience for residents. You will resolve resident maintenance issues efficiently and support overall property upkeep.

The role requires 3-5 years of maintenance experience, excellent customer service, and basic maintenance skills. Must lift 75 lbs, work 8-12 hour shifts, and be available weekends and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs and stand 8-12 hours.
• Weekend work and on-call emergencies required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Operate, maintain and repair facility equipment per safety programs.
• Respond to work orders promptly, participate in on-call rotation.
• Inspect public areas and apartments for maintenance standards.
• Follow applicable air conditioning, water chemistry and record-keeping rules.
• Keep storage areas and tools secure at all times.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
