Job summary

Quantum is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the entire property is kept safe, attractive, clean, and comfortable. You will work closely with staff and contractors, handle corrective and preventive maintenance, and participate in make-ready tasks including painting, cleaning, and equipment servicing.

The role includes on-call maintenance during evenings, weekends, and holidays, with duties ranging from minor repairs to major maintenance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to work on-call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property in a safe, attractive, clean, and comfortable manner.
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with staff, contractors, and other workers.
• Enter and complete service requests following procedures; perform repairs and replacements as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-ready: painting, cleaning, servicing appliances, replacing parts.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and turn off power, water, and gas as required, following procedures.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; snow removal and lawn care as needed.
• Prepare logs and reports per corporate policies; wear uniform during work hours.
