Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Burleson, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests and ensure property standards are met. You will perform preventative maintenance, schedule turns, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to keep units safe and functional.

The role requires ability to diagnose HVAC, electrical, plumbing issues, and provide excellent customer service to residents. Eligibility includes High School diploma and 1 year in property maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as instructed by Maintenance Manager/Supervisor or property staff.
• Schedule, monitor and/or perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote quality living experience.
• Assist with scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors.
• Assist with obtaining bids from outside contractors and oversee contractor work for completeness.
• Assist with purchasing maintenance supplies within budget.
• Prepare and submit property invoices in accordance with guidelines.
