Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Baltimore. You will be responsible for daily repair and upkeep of property buildings and vacant units, ensuring safety and readiness for occupancy.

Work with hand tools, maintain inventory, perform on-call duties, and uphold OSHA standards while delivering reliable service to residents. AMC offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units for occupancy
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Be available to work on an on-call basis
• Secure the maintenance shop at close of day
• Remove snow and ice as necessary
• Handle all lock-outs due to evictions and respond to service requests within 24 hours
