You will manage apartment turnovers, perform preventive maintenance, handle on-call requests, and support safety and compliance across the property. The position calls for strong attention to detail and reliable availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years maintenance experience.
• Able to lift 75 lbs or more.
• Willing to work weekends and be available for on‑call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds according to community objectives.
• Operates and repairs on‑site equipment following health and OSHA guidelines.
• Performs detailed turnover of apartments including painting, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, and make-ready checklists.
• Responds to work orders promptly and participates in the on‑call maintenance rotation.
• Inspects public areas and resident units to ensure standards are met; secures tools and storage areas.
• Ensures compliance with company policies while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Participates in safety trainings and workshops as needed.
