Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant to monitor guest property and address safety concerns after hours at our Warner Robins location. You will conduct nightly rounds, secure storage areas, verify guest access, and assist with minor maintenance while maintaining professional guest relations.

Experience with on-call schedules, reporting incidents, and documenting rounds is valued. The role requires physical endurance, ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in a variety of internal hotel information.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in an efficient manner to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed.
• Report safety or security issues to the General Manager or local authorities if warranted.
• Respond to guest needs, complaints and/or concerns after office hours.
• Establish good communication and professional relationships with guests.
• Ensure storage and employee areas are secured nightly.
• Obtain guest list nightly to ensure only authorized guests access rooms.
• Note issues on Daily Action Plan for investigation.
• Call General Manager or Regional Operations Manager for urgent questions.
• Verify ID and provide access to rooms for locked-out guests.
• Assist guests with minor maintenance issues.
• Document rounds and incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Take responsibility for keeping property clean and trash-free.
• Follow on-call schedule.
