Konecranes is seeking an Industrial Technician to service electric overhead cranes and hoists across the United States. You will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, work at heights, and collaborate with customers to optimize material handling solutions.

Education includes a high school diploma with preferred associate degree in a relevant tech field. Travel, on-call rotations, and safety compliance are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience involving electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair.
• Prior crane experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong willingness to travel and work off-ground in various locations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer sites.
• Provide on-call service as part of a rotation, including after-hours support.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues on-site.
• Document findings and communicate safety recommendations to customers.
• Stay current with OSHA/ANSI/CMAA/HMI codes and practices.
