Cura Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will support the Director of Nursing, oversee nursing operations, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure, leadership experience in SNF/long-term care, and strong communication. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and help drive compliance and safety, even after hours.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
Experience in nursing leadership within SNF/long-term care.
Familiarity with SNF regulatory standards and compliance.
Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize patient safety.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing nursing operations to maintain high care standards.
Provide on-call support for staff, patient care concerns, and emergencies.
Support Director of Nursing in staff supervision, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with state and federal SNF regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination.
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Help manage staffing, resources, and documentation accuracy.
Serve as clinical and leadership resource during on-call periods.
Respond promptly to facility needs after hours.
