Saber Health Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations at a long-term care facility. This on-site role requires RN licensure, leadership experience, and collaboration with facility leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging EHRs to optimize care delivery.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long term care.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Mansioni

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing daily nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high quality resident care.
