Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance techniques.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in maintenance and repair work.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, plumbing inspections, and electrical system checks.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Address tenant maintenance requests promptly and effectively, prioritizing urgent issues to minimize disruptions.
Repair or replace damaged doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures; patch and paint walls and ceilings.
Maintain lawns, gardens, parking lots, and walkways; perform basic landscaping and snow/leaf removal as needed.
Conduct regular inspections for safety hazards and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
