Job summary

• Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner.

• Ensure vacant apartments are ready to lease per standards; schedule vendors and perform repairs.
• Assist in preventive maintenance scheduling and inspections.
• Respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance calls and on-call duties.
• Maintain grounds and inventory; monitor building systems and coordinate with outside contractors.
