• Ability to use required tools and equipment skillfully and safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly and accurately.
• Identify and perform basic carpentry and plumbing tasks.
• Inspect buildings and systems to ensure safety and proper function.
• Assist with moving, loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials and adhere to safety standards.
