Job summary

Corvias Group LLC in Fort Riley, Kansas, is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to handle day-to-day maintenance and repair of residential assets. You will perform janitorial, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related tasks while delivering quality living environments and responsive resident service.

A high school diploma and 1 year of maintenance experience preferred. Availability for after-hours or on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in multi-family or housing maintenance, construction, or trades.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks across trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial, cleaning, groundskeeping, painting, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Provide high quality customer service to residents in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete make-ready/turnover work within the specified timeline.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and document work orders and timesheets.
• Maintain community appearance and assist with related duties as needed.
