Job summary

Mccullough Development is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Tech to uphold the appearance, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial properties in the Wamego area. You will work under general supervision on-site at North Ridge Apartments, handling carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks, and routine service requests.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least two years in maintenance. You must pass safety procedures, operate tools, and maintain logs; on-call hours may apply,

Qualifications

• Completion of high school/GED; two years related maintenance experience.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly.
• Operate a variety of machinery and tools.
• Perform minor carpentry: replace doors, drywall, paint, caulking.
• Identify and repair plumbing fixtures.
• Perform minor appliance and electrical work.
• Maintain safety standards and PPE usage.
• Report hazards and coordinate with management.
