Timberland Partners Inc in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 270-unit property. You will handle resident work orders, perform make-readies, and manage preventive maintenance to keep the property safe and appealing.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical know-how, and a high school diploma or GED. On-call shifts are rotating with additional stipends and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC preferred.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and major appliances.
• Experience with turnover make-readies of apartments.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet quality standards and create a welcoming environment for residents.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect the property and residents.
• Execute make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents move in smoothly.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule with on-call stipends.
• Promote a culture of safety by following industry procedures and protecting staff and residents.
