Job summary

Responsibilities include making repairs, completing make-readies, inspecting systems, documenting work orders, and adhering to safety policies. HVAC/multi-family maintenance experience helps success.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• Experience in multi-family maintenance incl. HVAC is preferred.
• On-call rotation may be required.
• Part-time schedule: 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Prepares units for leasing and move-ins; performs punch lists.
• Manages materials and inventory with supervisor notification.
• Documents work orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; assists with weather-related tasks.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Follows safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Inspects contractors' work when applicable.
• Participates in routine property inspections.
