Westminster Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical property, ensuring value protection and asset upkeep. The role covers multi-site responsibilities with a strong emphasis on preventive maintenance, safety, and timely repairs.

The candidate will manage make-ready processes, coordinate with site manager, and support residents while upholding high standards of curb appeal and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Completed high school or trade school equivalent.
• 2-3 years maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Familiar with safety devices and lock-out procedures.
• Must attend required training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy following make ready policy.
• Provide 24-hour on-call emergency availability.
• Ensure contractor work is completed correctly and cost-effectively.
• Receive service requests from site manager and complete them promptly.
• Maintain property curb appeal and grounds.
• Maintain safety and preventive maintenance programs.
