Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our multi-family properties in Florida. The role focuses on skilled maintenance work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, with emphasis on timely turnover and resident safety.

The technician reports to the Property Manager and collaborates with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver quality service. On-call duties are required, with monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• EPA certification universal or Type 2 required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs and appliance maintenance.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days with turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: cleaning, trash removal, pressure washing, window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior and assist preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety of equipment and facilities.
