Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred, must be obtained within 90 days if required.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days.
• Maintain common areas including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for issues and report them.
• Help maintain a preventive maintenance program.
