Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is hiring a full-time laboratory technician to perform basic microbiology techniques, prepare media, and manage samples from receipt to analysis in a safe, compliant environment.

You will enter data in LIMS, maintain records, and assist with reports and SOPs while supporting a collaborative team in Kansas City, MO. Strong attention to detail and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Must have DOT/US shipping or related certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must have valid US driver’s license without recent incidents.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic microbiology techniques and prepare media/cultures.
• Enter data into LIMS and maintain accurate records per GLP/GMP.
• Receive, log, and ship samples following DOT regulations and COC documentation.
• Maintain equipment and lab spaces to SOP standards.
• Assist in writing and editing reports, protocols, and SOPs.
