Job summary

Hyatt Regency Seattle is seeking an On-Call Meeting Concierge to support our multi-property cluster including Hyatt at Olive 8, Grand Hyatt Seattle, and Hyatt Regency Seattle. You will act as the liaison between event sales/planning and the on-site contact, ensuring guest needs are met and events run smoothly.

The role is hourly on-call with diverse shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, offering benefits as applicable to on-call staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/events preferred
• Able to manage multiple tasks during busy events
• Strong communication with clients and staff

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between events sales/planning and on-site meetings
• Address guest needs and special requests promptly
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless events
