Hyatt Regency Seattle is seeking an On-Call Meeting Concierge to support our events team across Hyatt properties in Seattle. The role serves as the liaison between the Event Sales/Planning Manager and on-site meeting contacts, handling special requests and coordinating with hotel departments to exceed guest expectations.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, Event, and/or Banquets/Setup experience preferred.
• Strong and professional communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Event Sales/Planning and on-site meeting contact.
• Address and resolve special needs or requests for clients and events.
