Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven On-Call Spa Therapist who infuses enthusiasm into every treatment and shares our passion for service excellence. You must be currently licensed in New Mexico and bring 1+ years of massage therapy experience, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will create welcoming spa experiences, uphold cleanliness, and collaborate with a patient-focused team to deliver luxury guest service.

What are we looking for?

A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

Currently licensed in New Mexico
1+ years of massage therapy experience, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/pull up to 30 lbs.
